  • Serve as assistant account coordinator for the Florida Department of Corrections, leading the creation and execution of a new recruitment ad campaign targeting high school students

  • Design eye-catching digital display ads tailored to a Gen Z audience, focusing on athletic and career-oriented messaging

  • Compile and manage a detailed list of athletic directors from Southern Georgia through Central Florida, initiating contact and successfully pitching ad placements in school programs

  • Run in-depth performance reports using Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to track campaign success and optimize strategy

  • Support the agency’s broader marketing efforts through cross-platform ad analysis and client-facing data insights

THE RESULTS:

  • Launched a targeted, multi-platform campaign that broadened outreach to high school athletes and raised awareness of career opportunities within the Department of Corrections

  • Personally handled direct outreach and ad sales to dozens of athletic directors, expanding the campaign’s visibility across key regional schools

  • Designed a series of compelling display ads that adhered to brand standards while appealing to a younger audience
